The project is located in the south of Mawutou Village, Longwan Town, Xiong'an, Hebei Province. Entrusted by China Construction Second Engineering Bureau Ltd., our company has undertaken the construction of pile foundation, including positioning and setting out, drilling, fabrication and installation of reinforcement cage, pouring concrete, post-grouting, etc. There are 6,647 cast-in-place piles in total, which consume 96,700 m3 of concrete.
The project has been started on August 30, 2020 and completed on December 25, 2020, with a duration of 118 days. 22 rotary drilling rigs, 23 truck cranes, 17 loaders, 6 excavators and 215 steel plates were put into operation.
Facing the unfavorable conditions such as tight construction period, many crossed construction faces, a large number of construction personnel and construction equipment on site, high construction intensity and poor construction conditions, the project department vigorously carried forward the service concept of "doesn’t wait, doesn’t rely on others", took on difficulties, carefully deployed, and successfully completed the construction task with excellence, which was highly praised by the general contractor, the supervisor and the owner, and achieved good economic and social benefits.
