This project is located in Xuwei New District, Lianyungang City, Jiangsu Province. Commissioned by Lianyungang Petrochemical Co., Ltd, our company undertook the pile foundation works of this project. The project mainly uses pre-stressed pipe piles and square piles, the pipe piles are PHC-400(95) AB and PHC-500(100) AB, the pile concrete strength is C80, the square piles are PRS-450B, the pile concrete strength is C50, the main work content includes surveying and setting out and piling, etc.
The project started on September 9, 2020 and was completed on October 22, 2020. The prefabricated pipe pile and square pile of this project was constructed by hammer pile machine, the diameter of pipe pile is φ500mm and φ400mm, and the diameter of square pile is φ450mm, total 477 pieces were completed.
During the construction process of this project, the pile position deviation, prefabricated pile joint connection, anti-corrosion and hammer control were the key points of the project quality control, and the pile foundation inspection pass rate was 100%, which met the requirements of the bidding documents and contract and the acceptance standards, and achieved "zero" safety accidents during the construction process. The quality, safety and progress management during the construction process were praised by the technical team and management team.
