CNOOC Longkou Nanshan LNG Receiving Station Phase I Project (hereinafter referred to as "Longkou LNG") is located in Longkou City, Shandong Province, invested by CNOOC Nanshan (Shandong) Natural Gas Co., Ltd. Our Company was responsible for the main work of the project, including guide wall construction, support pile construction, circle beam construction, earthwork excavation, concrete pouring of raft slab, foundation pit monitoring.
The support pile of this project adopts secant pile, and adopts guide wall positioning before construction, which well ensures the tightness of adjacent secant pile and plays a good effect of water isolation; the raft slab consumes about 10,000m³ of concrete, and adopts non-demolition steel wire mesh sheet as formwork, which not only speeds up the construction progress on site, but also ensures that the intersection surface can be poured without grinding after the construction is completed.
Through the efforts of all project staff, the construction started on August 15, 2021 and was completed on December 1, 2021, lasting 106 days, meeting the requirements of the owner for the construction period, and the quality of the project, safety production and environmental management were in compliance with the contract, providing a guarantee for the successful implementation of the subsequent works.
