The project is located in Korla, Bayingoleng Mongol Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang, invested by Zhongtai Petrochemical Company Limited, and our company was responsible for the pile foundation construction of this project, with more than 350 piles completed in total.
The project started on August 22, 2020 and was completed on October 10, 2020. The quality of the project meets the design and specification requirements, and meets the current national and industry standards, with a 100% pass rate.
The pile bearing capacity of this project is tested by single pile vertical compressive static load method for 9 piles, and the test results show that the single pile vertical bearing capacity of all test piles meet the design requirements. The integrity of the pile is tested by low strain method with 90 piles, the testing ratio is 20%, and all of them are qualified.
