This project is located in Anning, Kunming, invested by Yunnan Tianlang Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Group Co., Ltd., our company was responsible for the pile foundation construction of this project, the length of bored pile is 21m~29m.
The construction started on April 17, 2021 and was completed on June 25, 2022, including more than 140 piles with a diameter of 600mm and more than 70 piles with a diameter of 800mm. During the construction of this project, it is necessary to pass through the deepest backfill layer of about 8m, and it is very easy to collapse the hole during the drilling construction in this stratum. The problem of collapsing hole was solved by using the way of lengthening casing to pass through the fill layer.
In this project, low strain test, high strain test, single pile vertical compressive static load test and single pile horizontal load test were mainly carried out. The test results of each test pile met the design requirements and were well accepted by the supervisor and the owner.
