This project is located in Longhai City, Fujian Province, invested by Mintou (Fujian) Natural Gas Co., Ltd. of Pipe China Group. Our company has undertaken the trial pile construction of this project, which mainly includes 9 reinforced concrete piles with a diameter of 1.2m and more than 120 gravel piles with a diameter of 1m.
The project started on January 5, 2022 and was completed on March 9, 2022. After completion, the pass rate of the pile foundation of the project is 100%, and all the pile foundations completed by construction are tested according to the low strain of 100%, and the test results are all first-class piles. Sonic testing of 1 stub yielded class I piles. There are 6 gravel piles and interpile soil tests, 3 vertical compressive and vertical uplift tests, and 6 water calm load tests, and the test results meet the design requirements.
The project department overcame the influence of the COVID epidemic, carefully organized personnel, and successfully completed the construction task on the basis of ensuring safety and quality, which won the approval of the Pipe China Group Minto (Fujian) Natural Gas Co., Ltd, and laid a good foundation for the subsequent undertaking of the construction of engineering piles.
