Commissioned by Tianxindi Energy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd, our company has undertaken the piling works for this project, the construction site is located in Shexian, Handan City, Hebei Province.
The project started on April 29, 2022 and was completed on June 8, 2022 lasting 41 days, with more than 170 piles of 800mm diameter reinforced concrete piles. The construction period of each district meets the requirements of the owner.
The project has a tight schedule in various areas, with many construction departments and tight sites. In order to ensure the schedule requirements, the construction was carried out without interruption. In order to reduce cross-construction, the construction equipment of each working face was relatively fixed, so as to avoid the normal construction being affected by secondary transportation. Through scientific and reasonable organization and joint coordination, the construction continuity and quality stability were ensured. All the completed foundation piles, pile length, pile diameter, pile position deviation, pile integrity and single pile bearing capacity met the design requirements, and the qualification rate of foundation piles was 100%.
