This project is located in Fangchenggang City, Guangxi. Entrusted by Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgical Co., Ltd, our company is responsible for the pile foundation construction of this project. The diameter of the pile is 800 mm, and C30 concrete is used, and more than 100 piles are completed in total.
This project is a technical improvement project, there are many large materials around the shed, with difficulties in clearing, and the work surface is narrow and concentrated (construction inside the shed). Through careful organization and active coordination and communication with the general contractor, owner and related departments, the project was started on April 15, 2022 and completed on May 1, 2022 through unremitting efforts. The project was completed on schedule, meeting the requirements of the contract and without any safety and quality accidents, which was fully affirmed and praised by the owner.
The third-party testing company shall test the vertical compressive bearing capacity, horizontal bearing capacity and pile integrity of the pile foundation according to the requirements of the construction drawings, and the final test results of this project are as follows:
(1) 3 piles were tested with static load test of vertical compressive bearing capacity, all of them passed and met the contract and design requirements.
(2) 12 piles were tested with low strain test: 12 of them were Class I piles; Class I piles accounted for 100% of the total number of piles, meeting the requirements of the contract and design.
