This project is located in Fangchenggang, Guangxi. Entrusted by Guangxi Shenglong Metallurgical Co., Ltd, our company is responsible for the pile foundation construction of this project. In total, we have completed about 200 piles with a diameter of 800 mm.
The construction site of this project is the steel making area, and it is a technical transformation project, the pile foundation is constructed on the dismantled ruins, the underground situation is complicated, there are concrete foundation, pipelines, lines, etc.; the project period is tight, so the arrangement of construction equipment during construction, the coordination and interconnection between each construction team and each process, and the minimization of the impact of cross-construction become the key factors to ensure the construction period.
The project was started on October 24, 2021 and completed on November 8, 2021. With the joint efforts and careful organization of all construction personnel in the project department, all construction tasks were completed on schedule according to the owner's requirements. During the construction process, in view of the characteristics of this project, combined with our construction experience of similar projects, we adopted reasonable construction techniques to ensure the construction progress and won the trust of the owner with strict safety and quality management, which laid a good foundation for the subsequent cooperation.
