The pile foundation construction project of fine special steel production line of Hebei Yongyang Special Steel Group Co., Ltd is located in Handan City, Hebei Province, invested and constructed by Hebei Yongyang Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. In total, more than 1,800 bored piles of 800mm diameter were completed, with pile lengths ranging from 9m to 30m, and the pile bodies were made of C30 concrete. The main construction difficulties are as follows:
(1) The backfill contains large boulders, which will easily cause the hole deviation.
(2) The existence of large boulders in the backfill layer makes it difficult to set the casing.
(3) The casing is long, and it is critical to control the verticality of the casing.
(4) When pouring concrete, it is critical to cooperate with the removal of the conduit and the lifting of the casing.
The pile foundation construction was started on April 01, 2022 and completed on June 30, 2022, with a total construction period of 91 days. After the third-party inspection, the qualification rate of all bored piles was 100%.
