The foundation pit support project of Lot 49 of Xiong'an Zhi Hui Cheng Project is located in Xiong'an New Area of Hebei Province, invested Power China Hebei Xiong'an Zhihui City Construction Development Co., Ltd. The project has completed a total of 11,968 m² of spray surface, 20,600m of soil nails, 1,714m of anchor cables and 1,181m of water retaining wall.
There are many cross operations in the construction of this project, with many factors interfering with each other, earth excavation, pit support, and foundation treatment are carried out synchronously, which is a high requirement for the construction organization of our company. In order to ensure the safety and quality of soil nails, anchor cable, concrete deck and steel beam hanging construction, members of the project department actively communicated and coordinated with general contractors, designers, supervisors and other on-site personnel, and by optimizing the angle of soil nails, adding channel steel double splicing pads, and changing the location of the anchor cable, effectively solved the problems such as the rows of piles are not in a horizontal line leading to the difficulties of hanging steel beams, and the impact of backfilling of the soil layer by construction waste on the progress of the drilling during the construction process. On the basis of ensuring the quality and safety of the project, this project adopts wet spraying machine to carry out spraying operation and prefabrication of reinforcing mesh, which greatly accelerates the construction efficiency.
The project started on January 07, 2022 and finished on June 06, 2023, with a construction period of 516 calendar days. During the construction process, we overcame the influence of cross-operation of multiple organizations, discontinuous working surface, COVID-19 epidemic, special geographic location, shallow water table and softer ground, and completed all the tasks and objectives in an excellent way. The third-party inspection showed that the passing rate reached 100%.
