Jinjiang Cogeneration 1×50MW Cogeneration Unit Expansion Project is located in Quanzhou City, Fujian Province, which is invested by Guoneng Shenfu (Jinjiang) Cogeneration Co., Ltd. The project has completed a total of 228 bored piles with diameter of 800mm, 405 PHC piles with diameter of 600mm, and 6,356 cement mixing piles with diameter of 500mm.
The project started on September 24, 2022 and concluded on March 30, 2023. The cement mixing piles used in this project are seldom found in China (basically wet method in China), and the working surface is concentrated, and the working period is extremely tight and difficult. For this reason, the project department actively contacted for cement mixing pile construction equipments, coordinated 5 cement mixing pile machines and sufficient supporting equipments and personnel to carry out cement mixing pile construction at the same time, and reasonably arranged the working surface and construction sequence, and finally completed the construction node target on time. The third-party testing showed 100% passing rate, which was highly praised by the supervisor and the owner.
