Located in Chengmai County, Hainan Province, this project was invested by Yihai Kerry (Hainan) Food Industry Co., Ltd. The Group Company was responsible for the complete piling works of two large warehouses. A total of 492 bored piles were completed, comprising 362 piles in the No. 1 Warehouse area and 130 piles in the No. 2 Warehouse area.
The project commenced on February 26, 2025, and was completed on March 28, 2025. Facing significant geological variations between the two warehouse areas, particularly the challenging conditions in the No. 2 Warehouse area with dense and large boulders, the project team promptly adjusted drilling parameters and optimized the combination of pressure, rotation speed, and penetration rate specifically for hard boulders. The introduction of a water cooling process effectively controlled drill bit wear, while a real-time verticality monitoring system was established to ensure full-process control over drilling accuracy. These measures successfully overcame the challenges of pile construction in boulder-rich strata, providing valuable practical experience for similar piling works under complex geological conditions.
The successful completion of this project has laid a solid foundation for the construction of the Yihai Kerry Hainan Food Industrial Base. It also demonstrated the Group Company's technical expertise and rapid response capability in piling construction under complex geological conditions. The client highly recognized the project's efficient execution and technical innovation.
