This project is located in Chongzuo City, Guangxi Province, and represents a critical component of the Lee & Man Paper products industrial chain. Invested by Chongzuo Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing Limited, it is designed to significantly enhance raw material processing capacity upon completion. The Group Company was responsible for the full civil engineering works of the raw material preparation section, encompassing the construction of various types of industrial buildings and large-scale stockyards.
The project has a total built-up area of approximately 2,891 square meters, with stockyard and road areas covering nearly 69,000 square meters. It includes the following structures:
1. Raw Material Preparation Power Distribution and Control Building (2 stories, 11.5 meters high)
2. Wood Chip Screening Building (single-story, 18 meters high)
3. Wood Chip Washing Building (2 stories, 23.5 meters high)
4. Raw Material Preparation Sampling and Metering Building (2 stories, 8.3 meters high)
Construction comprehensively covered the entire civil works process, including mechanical earthworks excavation and backfilling, reinforced concrete structures, masonry works, roofing and waterproofing, decoration and finishes, and stockyard ground hardening.
The project commenced on January 3, 2023, and was completed on June 28, 2025, meeting the client's schedule requirements. Throughout the construction process, the project team strictly adhered to quality acceptance standards for each work procedure. Through a closed-loop management system of "self-inspection → application for inspection → final acceptance," all sub-projects passed the initial acceptance inspection successfully. All entity inspections, lightning protection, and fire protection acceptance checks were also fully compliant.
