To enhance staff civility, standardize professional conduct, and shape a positive corporate image, the Group Company organized a corporate etiquette training session on the afternoon of September 28. A total of 575 employees participated in the training via both online and on-site. Group Company General Manager Liu Jingjing, Deputy General Manager Liu Liping, and Labor Union Chair Sun Yunqing attended the session and participated in interactive learning activities.
The training was led by Ms. Zhang Meishuang, a National Senior Etiquette Trainer from Hebei Liyizhibang Education Consulting Co., Ltd. The content was closely aligned with daily work realities, comprehensively covering key areas such as professional language, personal grooming and appearance, behavioral etiquette, and meeting etiquette. Leveraging her rich practical experience and profound theoretical knowledge, Ms. Zhang moved beyond dry lecturing, instead using vivid case studies and work-relevant scenario simulations to explain seemingly abstract etiquette rules in an accessible and engaging manner.
Throughout the session, Ms. Zhang incorporated multiple interactive segments, engaging participants in thinking about potential etiquette situations they might encounter in their work and encouraging on-the-spot role-playing exercises. This inspiring and interactive teaching method greatly boosted participant engagement, allowing everyone to internalize the knowledge through reflection and practice, achieving the intended goal of "learning for application." The training content was highly practical and the delivery excellent, correcting many previous misunderstandings and behavioral missteps, and fostering a deeper understanding that "etiquette is fundamentally about respect."
Etiquette is a window into the company. Through this training, we have gained a renewed appreciation for the importance of corporate etiquette and a deeper understanding of the etiquette knowledge that should guide our daily work and lives. Participants expressed their commitment to integrating what they learned into every aspect of their future work, making standardized corporate etiquette a habit and a natural expression of refinement. They pledged to champion civility, understand etiquette, consciously adhere to corporate protocols, practice civilized words and deeds, "Be Civilized Employees, Build a First-Class Enterprise," and strive together towards building a top-class geotechnical engineering technology group and ensuring its everlasting excellence.
