This project is located in Langfang City, Hebei Province. The heating pipeline needed to cross the busy Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway and the Beijing-Shanghai Railway, imposing extremely high requirements on construction quality and railway operation safety. Commissioned by Tianyou Beijing Railway Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., the Group Company undertook the third-party testing tasks for this crossing project.
After the pipe jacking project was completed, field geophysical data acquisition within the railway area commenced on December 8, 2025. Using natural source surface wave (microtremor) detection technology, survey lines and points were scientifically arranged. A total of 12 microtremor survey lines with a total length of 522 meters and 360 microtremor measurement points were completed, fully covering the affected area of the crossing.
This microtremor profile survey adopted a scientifically reasonable array layout for the acquisition of microtremor signals. Phase velocity contour maps and 2D apparent S-wave velocity profiles were directly generated, intuitively and clearly reflecting the stratigraphic distribution and variation characteristics within the surveyed area, thereby providing reliable data support for engineering quality assessment. During project implementation, strict control was maintained over data processing accuracy, compilation procedures were standardized, and all tasks were advanced efficiently to ensure data accuracy and robust conclusions.
After professional testing and analysis, the quality of all raw data met the requirements of relevant specifications. The calculated apparent S-wave velocities were reliable, and data accuracy complied with engineering testing standards. All testing documentation for this project has now been submitted to the client and successfully passed the client's special acceptance inspection, receiving high recognition from the client.
