The turnover of LNG project in West Port of Yantai Port is designed to be 5 million tons/year, with five 200,000 m³ LNG storage tanks, two of which are for winter natural gas reserve in Shandong Province; the pipeline gaseous output is 4 million tons/year, and the scale of LNG tanker truck loading and outward transmission and small LNG transfer is 500,000 tons/year. The project is planned and implemented separately; in the general layout and process design, the space for long-term development is fully considered to meet the receiving scale of more than 10 million tons/year in the long term.
Our company mainly undertakes pile column construction of 2# and 4# storage tanks in this project, The project was started on December 1, 2020, and completed on March 8, 2021. The main content of the work is: 776 pile-column integrated grouting piles with a diameter of 1.4 m, pile concrete strength is C40, impermeability grade is P8, the amount of concrete is about 96,123 m³, the amount of steel is about 7,682 ton, the above-ground part of the column height is 1.32m ~ 1.62m, 8 vibration isolation pad installation holes were reserved on each pile top, Pile detection: the pass rate is 100%, low strain detection of 776 piles showed Class I piles accounted for 99%, acoustic detection of 78 piles, the limit value of single pile vertical bearing capacity is 14000KN, and all tested piles meet the design requirements.
This project, as the largest LNG receiving station project with one-time construction tank capacity in China so far in 2020, includes five 200,000 m3 LNG full capacity storage tanks. As the pile foundation construction company of this project, our company overcame the impact of the epidemic and various difficulties, coordinated the normal epidemic prevention and control and project production and construction, carefully planned and arranged, carefully organized and implemented, comprehensively improved quality, safety control and logistics service management, ensured the smooth progress of the pile foundation construction of this project, and set the record of "shortest construction period for single tank pile foundation construction" of similar projects.
