The dynamic compaction construction project of 120,000 t/a carbon black project (phase I) of Oulilong Engineering Carbon (Huaibei) Co., Ltd. is located in Anhui (Huaibei) new coal chemical synthetic material base. The construction contents include on-site backfill leveling and preloading, excavation of drainage ditch, dewatering ditch and vibration damping ditch, trial compaction, dynamic compaction construction and detection of soil uniformity and compactness after treatment, and static load test.
The project was started on May 16, 2021, and all the construction contents were completed on June 30, 2021, with a total construction period of 40 calendar days, and a total area of about 100,000 m2. After foundation testing, all meet the specifications and design requirements. The project quality is excellent and has been highly praised by the general contractor, the supervisor and the owner.
