The project is located in the community of Shishan, Yefushan Town, Lujiang County, about 17 kilometers northeast of Lujiang, and the southeast side is adjacent to G346 National Highway. Plant construction covers a total area of 199,074 square meters, this plant proposed to build things include production lines, storage and auxiliary facilities, etc. The work contents mainly include surveying and setting out, rotary drilling of bored cast-in-place pile, fabrication and placement of reinforcement cage, concrete grouting, outward transportation of drilling slag, dynamic compaction construction, low strain test of pile foundation, sampling detection of drilling core, dynamic compaction detection, etc.
The pile foundation of the project was started on March 11, 2021, and completed on July 15, 2021, with a total concrete pouring volume of about 12,800 m3. A total of 183 bored piles with a diameter of 800mm and a pile length of about 13-26m, 529 bored cast-in-place piles with a diameter of 1000mm and a pile length of about 13-28.6m, 54 bored cast-in-place piles with a diameter of 1400mm and a pile length of about 18-25.5m, a total of 766 bored cast-in-place piles and dynamic compaction of 64,917 m2 have been completed. Through sampling inspection, 297 pile foundations have reached the qualified level and meet the acceptance requirements. 8 single piles are selected for vertical compression test, 8 piles are sampled by core drilling method, and 15 points are selected for shallow plate load test. The bearing capacity and strength meet the design requirements.
During the construction period, we actively coordinated with the owner, the general contractor, the designer, the supervisor and other organizations, well completed the task objectives of each project, won the unanimous praise of the owner and the supervisor, and laid a good foundation for the undertaking of subsequent construction tasks.
