This project is located in the south of Xiong'an New Area Rongdong (Ju Village) 220kV substation, Rongdong New Town, Rongcheng County, Baoding City, Hebei Province. The main construction includes 24 concrete piles, including 2 test pi les and 22 engineering piles, with a diameter of 800mm and an effective pile length of 27m. 12 bearings are set on the top surface of the piles, and foundation tie beams are set between the bearings. Each bearing platform has one concrete column with a height of 11.4m, and the concrete columns are connected by two beams, which are set at 6m and 11.4m of column height respectively.
The work scope of this contract is divided into three parts: pile foundation construction, bearing platform and beam construction, and painting.
The main construction contents of the pile foundation part include surveying and setting out, forming holes by rotary excavation machinery, burying casing, steel procurement and processing, transportation, fabrication, installation, concrete procurement, transportation and pouring.
The main construction contents of the bearing platform and beam column include surveying and setting out, formwork processing and erection, scaffolding erection, steel processing, transportation, installation, concrete procurement, transportation and pouring.
The main construction contents of lacquer spraying include leveling of concrete column surface, setting of separation joints, applying antirust paint to the remaining part of the pull bolt, two times of putty, spraying one time of alkali resistant sealing primer, spraying lacquer, surface cleaning after spraying and drying.
The project was officially started on January 27, 2021 and the pile foundation construction was completed on February 4, 2021. After the pile foundation is cured and the pile inspection is completed, the beam and column construction were started on March 4, 2021, and all construction tasks were completed on May 16, 2021.
The qualification rate of pile foundation of the project is 100%. A total of 3 single piles are selected for vertical compressive static load test, and the bearing capacity meets the design requirements; The quantity, position and size of beam and column engineering components meet the design requirements; The concrete strength, thickness of protective layer and appearance quality meet the design and specification requirements. The type, performance, spraying flatness and appearance quality of materials selected for lacquer spraying project meet the specification requirements and pass the acceptance.
During the construction period, the project team actively coordinated with the general contractor, the designer, the supervisor, the owner and other organizations, well completed the task objectives of each project, received unanimous praise from the general contractor, the supervisor and the owner, and laid a good foundation for the undertaking of subsequent construction tasks.
