The Nanyang Power Plant Phase II (2×1000MW) Project is located in Nanyang City, Henan Province, and is invested by Nanyang Zhongyu Energy Co., Ltd. The Group Company undertook all piling construction tasks for this EPC project.
The project adopted a construction scheme combining bored piles and long auger pressure grouted piles. A total of 803 piles of various types were completed, including 86 bored piles with a diameter of 800 mm, 135 bored piles with a diameter of 600 mm, and 582 plain concrete piles with a diameter of 500 mm. The piles penetrated complex strata including gravel layers, clay, and medium-coarse sand.
Construction commenced on August 2, 2025, and was completed on September 11, 2025. Through scientific organization and efficient execution, all piling works were finished in just 41 days, fully demonstrating the project team's rapid response and efficient execution capabilities.
The project team established a dedicated environmental management unit, implementing full-process monitoring of noise, dust, and wastewater. Environmentally friendly materials and equipment were prioritized, and strict site restoration was carried out upon completion, ensuring harmony between construction and the environment. A comprehensive occupational health and safety management system was put in place, with regular safety training and emergency drills to prevent incidents at the source. Adhering to the principle of "Quality First," closed-loop quality control was implemented throughout the entire process—from material procurement to final acceptance—ensuring full compliance with design and code requirements. The project recorded no major environmental, safety, or quality incidents, with all indicators fully meeting targets, achieving favorable social and economic benefits.
The project team's outstanding performance in civilized construction, environmental protection, occupational health and safety, and quality management earned unanimous recognition and praise from the client, general contractor, supervision unit, and other stakeholders.
